About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve Sales Success: Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement
- Conduct Personalized Consultations: Use phone or video calls to educate prospective customers
- Engage with Prospects: Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads
- Present Treatment Plans: Deliver professional and compelling presentations of services
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Location Directors and Patient Care Coordinators
- Offer Financing Solutions: Guide customers through payment plans
- Resolve Customer Concerns: Partner with internal teams to address disputes
- Support Brand Standards: Collaborate with medical professionals to uphold protocols
- Contribute to Team Success: Foster a team-oriented culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
- Exceptional consultative sales abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation capabilities
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts
