About the role
- Oversee sales performance, operations, and talent strategy across multiple clinics
- Partner closely with Location Directors, Sales teams, Clinicians, HR, Operations, and Finance
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining brand excellence and operational discipline
- Spend meaningful time in clinics, coaching leaders, troubleshooting performance gaps
- Host weekly leadership calls and provide ongoing training and performance feedback
- Support succession planning to fuel long-term growth
Requirements
- 5+ years leading multiple locations in a sales-driven environment
- Strong background in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service
- Proven success driving KPIs, managing labor, and improving profitability
- Experience coaching leaders and scaling teams
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
