About the role
- Oversee sales performance, operations, and talent strategy across multiple clinics
- Partner closely with Location Directors, Sales teams, Clinicians, HR, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth
- Spend meaningful time in clinics, coaching leaders, troubleshooting performance gaps
- Align staffing, schedules, and labor utilization to patient demand and business goals
- Own regional sales performance including YOY and same-store sales growth
- Use DOMO and KPI dashboards to set goals, identify risks, and drive execution
- Collaborate with Operations & Finance on labor costs, overtime, inventory, and 4-wall profitability
- Coach teams on LaserAways consultative sales process and SOPs
- Maintain brand standards, customer experience scores, and online reputation (Google, Yelp, NPS)
- Step in as acting Location Director when needed
- Host weekly leadership calls and provide ongoing training and performance feedback
- Support succession planning to fuel long-term growth
- Maintain availability for evenings and weekends as required
Requirements
- 5+ years leading multiple locations in a sales-driven environment
- Strong background in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service
- Proven success driving KPIs, managing labor, and improving profitability
- Experience coaching leaders and scaling teams
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
