About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the commercial strategy and expansion of the institutional market
- Prospect for and develop large accounts
- Manage pipeline, forecast and sales KPIs
- Develop and monitor the performance of the commercial team
- Structure partnerships and channels to generate new business
- Ensure discipline in CRM usage and management of commercial indicators
- Work closely with internal teams to accelerate negotiations, conversions and improve processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in consultative B2B sales
- Knowledge of the capital markets and financial instruments (CRI, CRA, Debêntures, NC etc.)
- Experience in commercial management, pipeline and forecasting
- Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and managing major accounts
