About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the commercial strategy and expansion of the institutional market
  • Prospect for and develop large accounts
  • Manage pipeline, forecast and sales KPIs
  • Develop and monitor the performance of the commercial team
  • Structure partnerships and channels to generate new business
  • Ensure discipline in CRM usage and management of commercial indicators
  • Work closely with internal teams to accelerate negotiations, conversions and improve processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in consultative B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the capital markets and financial instruments (CRI, CRA, Debêntures, NC etc.)
  • Experience in commercial management, pipeline and forecasting
  • Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation and managing major accounts
