Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in technical leadership of development teams and mentoring professionals
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and design patterns
  • Proficiency in .NET Core (C#) and the TypeScript/Node.js ecosystem
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular or React)
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
  • Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests)
  • Knowledge and application of development best practices (Clean Code and DDD)
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools
  • Servant leadership approach, focused on empathy, humility, and team development
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving oriented
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to influence technical decisions and engage diverse stakeholders
