About the role

  • Evolve Post-Issuance: Lead discovery and the functional design of Book-Entry (RCVM 33) and Custody (RCVM 32) products, covering the full asset lifecycle for instruments such as CRA, CRI, Debentures and Fund Shares.
  • Journey Agility: Map and optimize end-to-end workflows, from opening the electronic ledger to automated processing of events such as interest payments and amortizations.
  • Market Connectivity: Design and scale integrations (APIs, file-based) with software vendors and market participants.
  • Guardian of Efficiency: Manage the product roadmap focused on efficiency metrics, pursuing automation of process steps and ensuring strict compliance with CVM regulations.
  • Challenge the Status Quo: Dramatically reduce operational friction by delivering book-entry and custody services that are competitive against traditional market models.
  • Continuous Improvement: Increase service accuracy and event precision, ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements (RCVM 32 and 33).

Requirements

  • Senior Experience: Proven experience in Product Management within financial infrastructure environments, preferably at registrars/book-entry providers or custodians.
  • Deep Knowledge of Financial Instruments: Strong understanding of securities (CRA, CRI, Debentures, Commercial Papers) and their day-to-day operational routines.
  • Regulatory and Audit Experience: Experience working with regulated products (CVM, BACEN) and developing action/remediation plans in response to audits.
