About the role
- You will be responsible for the initial stage of the employee lifecycle: Attraction & Selection; Hiring & Onboarding.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a well-organized arrival experience.
- Monitor and support employees during the probationary period.
- Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline.
- Maintain up-to-date metrics and controls for the area.
- Manage multiple concurrent vacancy processes, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Lead Talent Programs, Employer Branding initiatives, and University Events.
- Support engagement initiatives and efforts to strengthen organizational culture.
Requirements
- Solid experience with end-to-end Recruitment & Selection.
- Experience with active sourcing (hunting) and qualified screening.
- Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous vacancies.
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Strong ability to conduct competency-based interviews.
- Knowledge of Quickin and/or other ATS.
- Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and People Analytics.
- Comfortable with administrative processes and routines (purchasing, vendors, internal organization).
