About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in creating and preparing presentations, test materials, and other documents with a focus on an AI-based skills project
  • Contribute to topics such as digital recruiting, onboarding, and employer branding
  • Conduct research and present information in a structured manner
  • Assist in the further development of our digital HR processes
  • Work closely with the global team and relevant stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced undergraduate student (late-stage Bachelor's) or completed Bachelor's degree and currently enrolled in a Master's program
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Interest in HR topics and ideally initial experience with recruiting or onboarding
  • Experience with the SAP Recruiting or Onboarding module is a plus
  • Team player who proactively engages with others and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Quick to learn, works carefully, and highly reliable
  • Excellent written and spoken English
