About the role
- Lead and improve the site reliability program for fixed and rotating equipment.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to ensure asset safety and performance.
- Own and enhance site reliability and Mechanical Integrity programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, RAGAGEP).
- Improve reliability and maintainability of equipment, utilities, and safety systems.
- Develop and optimize Asset Maintenance Plans.
- Analyze asset performance metrics and lead root cause failure analyses.
- Provide technical expertise in fixed and rotating equipment, metallurgy, and vibration.
- Support design, commissioning, and acceptance of new installations.
- Troubleshoot failures and support engineering solutions.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of reliability or chemical manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial fixed and rotating equipment.
- Familiarity with API, ASME, and applicable industry standards.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
