Manage LANXESS Corporation's internal relations to keep employees informed and motivated.
Write/generate content for internal communication channels including digital signage, Xpress magazine, integration newsletter, intranet, weekly emails and customized per-project internal channels.
Manage internal employee events both in person and virtual (including Town Hall Meetings, CEO Connections and Webcasts).
Manage Corporate Communications SAP functions from creation to payment.
Responsible for Site Communicator's Network and backup for Crisis Communication Management in NAFTA.
Lead Corporate Citizenship projects in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience.
Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a high energy level and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to work effectively in high stress environments while maintaining composure and focus.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
Ability to adapt and collaborate in a culturally diverse environment.
Able to work with multiple interruptions and maintain productivity.
Ability to be on-site in Pittsburgh at least 3 days per week (HYBRID).
