About the role
- Manage end-to-end customer service operations
- Foster external customer and distributor relationships
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and business outcomes
- Manage complete sales order processing across domestic, export, indent, and high-seas sales markets
- Monitor weekly outstanding receivables and escalate issues
- Prepare receivables status reports
- Support complaint management by coordinating internal communication and resolution
- Drive inventory planning, logistics optimization, and cost efficiency
- Support ERP migration projects, including process mapping, data validation, system testing, and user training
- Contribute to digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customs regulations, and SOPs
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service
- Customer Service Excellence: Order management, customer retention, complaint resolution, logistics optimization, inventory planning, receivables management
- ERP & Systems: Proficiency in SAP, L4P, data migration, system testing, and training
- Process Improvement & Automation: Digital adoption, process optimization
- Computer proficiency: Advanced Excel, basic Word and formatting skills
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player, effective communicator, problem-solver, and cross-functional collaborator.
