- Responsible to handle Shift with compliance of Safety standards SOP’s, JSAs and to achieve zero loss time injury in plant
- To meet the production requirement as per shift demand
- Ensure smooth production and do necessary Trouble shooting during the shift
- Coordinate with other service function
- To ensure and sustain the standard product quality as per product specification
- Responsibility of Skill development of sub-ordinates through training & development
- Provide new ideas and support process improvement activities 🎯 Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech Chemical
- 4 to 8 Years of experience in Chemical Industry
- Good interpersonal skill & Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
