About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute commercial partnership strategies that drive growth and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team representing the Lantheus portfolio of radio diagnostic and therapeutic products.
- Oversee business-to-business relationships with PET manufacturing organizations and radiopharmacies.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, including sales data and customer feedback.
- Negotiate agreements with internal/external leadership critical to the attainment of organizational objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in positions of escalating scope and responsibility within regulated life sciences organizations or the equivalent.
- Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or medical device industry and hospital systems.
- Proven experience in implementation of strategic initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
- Experience in Health System strategy development and/or large account management preferred.
- Clinical and/or technical discipline knowledge (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, urology related disease states, treatment paradigms, and future trends).
- MBA preferred.
