About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute commercial partnership strategies that drive growth and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team representing the Lantheus portfolio of radio diagnostic and therapeutic products.
  • Oversee business-to-business relationships with PET manufacturing organizations and radiopharmacies.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance, including sales data and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate agreements with internal/external leadership critical to the attainment of organizational objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in positions of escalating scope and responsibility within regulated life sciences organizations or the equivalent.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and/or medical device industry and hospital systems.
  • Proven experience in implementation of strategic initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in Health System strategy development and/or large account management preferred.
  • Clinical and/or technical discipline knowledge (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, urology related disease states, treatment paradigms, and future trends).
  • MBA preferred.
