About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of analytics initiatives across Technical Operations.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs.
Generate actionable insights and support the creation of presentations and business cases for stakeholders.
Work with business and IT teams to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Participate in cross-functional projects, supporting deliverables, timelines, and coordination across teams.
Assist in the development and standardization of KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in business analytics, finance for supply chain/manufacturing, or operations-focused roles.
Strong proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint).
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas); working knowledge of SQL or data modeling preferred.
Experience working with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA preferred) and EDW (Data Warehouse or Lake) environments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a cross-functional environment.
