Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support client and organizational objectives
Manages project schedules, deliverables, communications, risks, and stakeholder engagement
Works independently on day-to-day project activities and collaborates with senior team members on complex issues
Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communications, and risk management
Document and distribute meeting outcomes, including key discussions, decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies
Develop content and budgets for bids and proposals in areas that are the same or similar in scope to currently managed projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification with a minimum of three (3) years of certification
Bachelor’s degree in a health, technical, or management field
Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in project management
Experience using tools for project management and collaboration, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
Effective spoken and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
