About the role
- Assist in maintaining controls of records applicable to the activities.
- Support the preparation of manuals, diagrams and the redesign of operational processes related to sales.
- Support departments in the control of documents, procedures, manuals and work instructions.
- Assist in preparing proposals to improve existing processes, including defining functional requirements, impacts and interfaces with other organizational processes.
- Perform other related activities.
- Monitor and handle NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports) within the Quality System together with the Commercial Manager and Account Manager.
- Plan and control travel and validate the team's expense reports.
- Monitor publication of public tender/procurement processes and communicate updates to the Account Manager.
- Support the Account Manager in preparing Reference Stories previously defined by the Commercial Manager, and submit them to Marketing for future success cases related to public sales.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a student-run junior company (empresa júnior) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of process management is desirable.
- Knowledge of Excel is desirable.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is desirable.
