About the role

  • Assist in maintaining controls of records applicable to the activities.
  • Support the preparation of manuals, diagrams and the redesign of operational processes related to sales.
  • Support departments in the control of documents, procedures, manuals and work instructions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals to improve existing processes, including defining functional requirements, impacts and interfaces with other organizational processes.
  • Perform other related activities.
  • Monitor and handle NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports) within the Quality System together with the Commercial Manager and Account Manager.
  • Plan and control travel and validate the team's expense reports.
  • Monitor publication of public tender/procurement processes and communicate updates to the Account Manager.
  • Support the Account Manager in preparing Reference Stories previously defined by the Commercial Manager, and submit them to Marketing for future success cases related to public sales.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a student-run junior company (empresa júnior) is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of process management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Excel is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is desirable.
