About the role

  • Maintain infrastructure components and CI/CD pipelines essential to internal delivery teams
  • Build and operate "infrastructure-as-a-product" to enable internal development teams
  • Act as the connection between development and operations teams
  • Manage CI/CD flows based on DevOps best practices
  • Develop state-of-the-art Terraform products and golden-paths for developers
  • Help developers with Azure hosting questions and support incident resolution
  • Drive observability, security, and compliance into the platform by default
  • Own solutions end-to-end including design, implementation, documentation, training, and onboarding
  • Success measured by reusable cross-team components, shared knowledge, and adoption of platform solutions

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with public cloud providers
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows
  • Hands-on experience with observability practices
  • Experience with Azure, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Grafana (a plus)
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to align teams with strategy
  • Experience running dockerized applications in production on Kubernetes (preferred)
  • Track record of improving CI/CD processes (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of observability tools for incident detection and resolution (preferred)
