About the role
- Carrying out mystery shopping assignments across various industries and markets
- Observing and evaluating the on-site customer experience
- Documenting observations and evaluations according to provided criteria
- Completing questionnaires for completed mystery shopping assignments
- Working closely with the team to discuss findings and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of age
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and keen observational ability
- Reliability and accuracy in task execution
- Basic computer skills
