About the role
- Carrying out mystery shopping assignments across various industries and markets
- Observing and evaluating the on-site customer experience
- Documenting observations and evaluations in accordance with the provided criteria
- Completing questionnaires about the completed mystery shopping assignments
- Working closely with the team to discuss findings and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- At least 20 years old
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and keen observational ability
- Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks
- Basic computer skills
