About the role
- Carry out mystery shopping assignments across various industries and markets.
- Observe and evaluate the on-site customer experience.
- Document observations and assessments according to predefined criteria.
- Complete questionnaires on the mystery shopping assignments conducted.
- Work closely with the team to discuss findings and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Valid driver's license (car)
- Interest in market research and mystery shopping
- Strong communication skills and keen observational ability
- Reliability and attention to detail when carrying out tasks
- Basic computer skills
