About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with prospective patients who inquire about SignatureMD physicians and programs.
Clearly communicate the benefits of personalized healthcare and concierge medicine services.
Build relationships with prospective patients and guide them through the membership enrollment process.
Conduct timely follow-up communications to answer questions and encourage enrollment.
Accurately document all interactions, activities, and outcomes within our CRM system.
Track and meet performance metrics, including outreach activity and conversion goals.
Participate in patient informational sessions and occasional evening events as needed.
Attend training sessions and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all privacy requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in sales, healthcare services, customer success, patient relations, or high-touch hospitality environments.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Understanding of healthcare services; familiarity with concierge or personalized medicine is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
