About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within technology companies or product/service IT environments
Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback preparation, offer management, and candidate communication
Advanced sourcing skills, including the ability to build sourcing strategies, use multiple channels, and develop diverse candidate pipelines
Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing clear, structured feedback to stakeholders
Practical experience using AI tools and creating effective prompts to support recruitment, sourcing, communication, and process optimization
Experience with paid sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, or similar tools will be an advantage
Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate recruitment insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
