Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain Full-Stack features across the platform
Build scalable backend services using Python
Develop modern frontend applications with React and Next.js
Collaborate closely with the Head of AI and other senior engineers
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Take ownership of features from design through production
Work in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve alongside the product

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of commercial Software Engineering experience
Strong expertise in Python development
Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js
Solid knowledge of TypeScript
Experience building scalable Full-Stack applications
Ability to work effectively with evolving requirements and limited documentation
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to software development
Experience collaborating closely with technical stakeholders and engineering leadership
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to Have: Experience building AI-powered products or automation platforms
Familiarity with modern AI tools, LLM integrations, or agent-based systems
Experience working in Healthcare projects
Experience participating in architecture and technical design discussions
