About the role
- Build and develop client relationships and a pipeline of remediation business
- Develop, lead and manage of a progressive regional and national environmental practice
- Build, maintain, and manage nationwide client relationships and projects
- Develop and provide consultation on complex remedial treatment options
- Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to remediation engineers and scientists, and oversight of remedial subcontractors
- Design and implement regulatory and remediation
- Bring/Develop key client relationships
- Oversee multidiscipline projects
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements
- 15+ years of site remediation experience
- Bachelor’s degree environmental, or chemical engineering
- LSRP, P.E., P.G. or other professional certification
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop client relationships and a pipeline of remediation business
- Superior regulatory and technical knowledge paired with excellent analytical and critical thinking
- Industry-recognized expert/leader PFAS experience a plus
- Skilled in managing the business aspects of projects
- Proven experience in leading and managing multi-discipline projects and remediation projects
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and managerial skills, with the ability to engage team members both in-person and remotely
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
- Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing
