About the role
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Proactively reach out to potential clients across multiple channels
- Research new leads and markets
- Develop strategies to open up new customer segments
- Work closely with Senior Account Executives
Requirements
- Recently completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Psychology, or similar)
- Some practical experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or a startup environment is a plus
- Eagerness to start a career in sales
- Communicative, ambitious, and enjoy proactively approaching people
- Motivated by challenges
- Fluent in German and good command of English
