About the role
- Guide and inspire a team of 5-7 Ruby on Rails developers.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Contribute to the codebase and champion best practices.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to your team.
- Maintain and elevate code quality standards within the team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure robust testing processes are followed.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Development and diverse project environments, preferably in startups.
- Ideally experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, preferably with prior experience managing developers.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
- A commitment to high standards, including clean code, thorough testing, and continuous improvement.
- Willing to relocate to Germany or work remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+3.
