About the role

  • Guide and inspire a team of 5-7 talented Ruby on Rails developers.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
  • Lead by example, contribute to the codebase, and ensure code quality standards are met.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain robust testing processes.
  • Advocate for a fun and fulfilling workplace. Proactively address challenges to maintain developer happiness and productivity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer.
  • Proven experience in Full Stack Development and diverse project environments, preferably in startups.
  • Ideally experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, preferably with prior experience managing developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
  • A commitment to high standards, including clean code, thorough testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Willing to relocate to Germany or work remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+3.
