Key responsibilities & impact

Designing, developing and supporting solutions across our Microsoft ecosystem.
Transforming requirements into innovative technical solutions that improve efficiency, connectivity and user experience.
Developing, configuring and deploying solutions across Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Designing and maintaining integrations between Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API and custom connectors.
Building and managing custom connectors to enable seamless data flow across business systems.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Creating automated workflows that streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
Supporting, optimising and troubleshooting existing integrations to ensure performance, reliability and security.
Producing clear technical documentation, user guidance and best practice standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Microsoft 365 Development or Integration-focused role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate
Experience developing and managing API integrations, including: Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Third-party APIs
Strong Power Platform development experience.
Knowledge of Azure integration services, including Logic Apps, Functions and API Management.
Understanding of JSON, XML, OAuth and associated web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with excellent documentation practices.
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) experience and certifications (desirable).
X++ development experience (desirable).
PowerShell and/or Python scripting (desirable).
Experience with Data Warehousing and Microsoft Fabric (desirable).
Knowledge of enterprise-scale application integration environments (desirable).
