Requirements

What you’ll need

HHSRS trained with a minimum of three years experience in complex housing enforcement
Self-motivated housing enforcement professional
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets whilst producing work to a high standard
Capability to motivate and train officers sufficiently to ensure that targets are met through the most appropriate action
