Support Engineer

• Act as the main point of contact for the Community Safety Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (CS MARAC) and Integrated Offender Management (IOM)
• Provide administrative support for CS MARAC and IOM meetings including managing referrals, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining accurate minutes and records
• Promote safety, accountability, efficiency and effective communication between all parties who attend the multi-agency meetings
• Work closely with CCTV Control Room staff and CST Investigation & Enforcement officers to assist with technical and administrative tasks such as monitoring and verifying payments, managing external / third party CCTV related enquiries
