Support the rollout of the online magazine by contributing to design and marketing
Actively develop the online magazine and assist the editorial team with writing and layout
Research and identify suitable topics for the magazine; write articles (e.g., transcribing podcasts)
Assist with implementing the magazine's layout and design
Create and edit visual content (e.g., for social media)
Maintain and manage the magazine website
Edit, optimize, and produce image assets
Support marketing campaigns, particularly through the use of AI tools

Requirements

Enrolled in a degree program in Design, Media Management, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a comparable field
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign
Computer skills: MS Office, internet, social media
Creativity and a good eye for aesthetics and detail
Organized and independent working style
Commitment and motivation
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Interest in coaching, personal development, NLP, psychology, and adult education
