• Licensed Surveyors are responsible for planning, performing, and overseeing surveying work to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.
• This role involves project coordination, client communication, and the preparation of survey documents and maps in accordance with professional standards and state licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical survey-related matters.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and deliverables.
• Conduct or oversee boundary, topographic, construction, and other types of surveys.
• Ensure survey data accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, plats, and related documentation.
• Review survey data, drawings, and deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of work.
• Maintain accurate records of project information, including field notes, calculations, and correspondence.
• Prepare and review survey reports, legal descriptions, and plats.
• Review project progress and assist in determining billing readiness.
• Coordinate with accounting and operations staff to ensure proper documentation for invoicing.
