Director of Asset Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the entire spectrum of asset management for a growing portfolio of new development/construction deals.
- Manage new lease ups and existing, stabilized assets within the portfolio.
- Oversee investment opportunities and manage relationships with key investor relationships.
- Optimize portfolio performance.
- Supervise and mentor analysts and associates to perform tasks and facilitate productivity.
- Collaborate with various teams including Development, Construction, Accounting, Operations, Leasing & Marketing, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- An advanced degree (MBA, MS in Real Estate) is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related field.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should possess good interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
