About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the entire spectrum of asset management for a growing portfolio of new development/construction deals.
Manage new lease ups and existing, stabilized assets within the portfolio.
Oversee investment opportunities and manage relationships with key investor relationships.
Optimize portfolio performance.
Supervise and mentor analysts and associates to perform tasks and facilitate productivity.
Collaborate with various teams including Development, Construction, Accounting, Operations, Leasing & Marketing, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
An advanced degree (MBA, MS in Real Estate) is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related field.
Must have excellent attention to detail and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Should possess good interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
