About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve UX research practices and methodologies alongside the Head of UX
Use a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify and validate problems
Own problem spaces from discovery through to delivery
Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions across complex workflows
Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to shape product direction
Influence decisions through insight, design expertise, and clear communication
Contribute to design culture and UX maturity across the organisation
Mentor and support other designers through feedback and guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong UX design experience across discovery and delivery
Expertise in user research methods and insight generation
Ability to design complex, scalable digital experiences
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
Experience working in cross-functional product teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
Experience contributing to or working within design systems
