About the role

  • IT Security Officer (m/f/d), approx. 50%: Establishment, maintenance and further development of the information security management system
  • Vulnerability management, penetration testing and participation in security incidents
  • Planning and conducting risk analyses and audits as well as deriving and prioritizing security measures
  • Analysis and handling of IT security incidents, including root cause analysis and improvement of protective measures
  • Creation and maintenance of security policies and their implementation across the organization
  • Central point of contact for all departments as well as external parties and authorities on information security matters
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27001)
  • IT System Administrator (m/f/d), approx. 50%: Administration, maintenance and further development of the IT landscape (servers, clients, network)
  • Planning and implementation of updates, migrations and IT projects
  • User and rights management, troubleshooting
  • Maintenance and documentation of IT assets
  • Optimization and automation of processes, including software deployment
  • Participation in the further development of the IT security architecture

Requirements

  • Completed training in computer science, certified IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT security and/or system administration
  • Confident handling of common standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz and IT service management processes
  • Solid knowledge of information security, network technologies, operating systems, applications and common attack vectors
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, VMware as well as Linux and scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) are desirable
  • Analytical and structured way of working, commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Independent, proactive and conscientious working style, with a willingness to pursue continuous professional development
  • Strong communication and mediation skills
