About the role
- Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for SAP Finance and Controlling modules
- Responding to user queries and requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to 2nd level support
- Documenting and updating solutions, procedures, and best practices for SAP Finance and Controlling support
- Collaborating with other SAP support teams and business units to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Min. 2-3 year’s work experience in the IT and/or finance department
- Experienced in SAP Finance & Controlling processes and customizing
- Detail and process oriented, organized and analytic mindset
- Ability to maintain good relationships with the business area
- Solution and results oriented, hands-on and willing to learn
- Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks, adapt to new requirements and flexibility
- Accuracy and precision in handling/administrating documents
- Good social skills and motivation to work in multicultural environment
