About the role

  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Customer Excellence team
  • Foster motivation, engagement and continuous development of team members
  • Conduct regular feedback and development meetings
  • Develop and implement Customer Excellence strategies to increase customer satisfaction
  • Initiate and manage projects for process optimization and digitalization
  • Define and monitor relevant KPIs
  • Ensure timely handling of all customer inquiries and orders
  • Professionally manage escalations for fast and sustainable problem resolution
  • Monitor delivery dates and independently initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Promote open and effective communication within the team and with other departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Product Management, IT)
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a comparable degree
  • Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
  • Some experience leading teams, preferably in an international context
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus and organizational ability
  • Experience with SAP and modern CRM systems; strong affinity for digital tools and automation
  • Knowledge of project and change management is desirable
