About the role
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Customer Excellence team
- Foster motivation, engagement and continuous development of team members
- Conduct regular feedback and development meetings
- Develop and implement Customer Excellence strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Initiate and manage projects for process optimization and digitalization
- Define and monitor relevant KPIs
- Ensure timely handling of all customer inquiries and orders
- Professionally manage escalations for fast and sustainable problem resolution
- Monitor delivery dates and independently initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
- Promote open and effective communication within the team and with other departments (e.g., Sales, Production, Product Management, IT)
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a comparable degree
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment
- Some experience leading teams, preferably in an international context
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, customer focus and organizational ability
- Experience with SAP and modern CRM systems; strong affinity for digital tools and automation
- Knowledge of project and change management is desirable
