About the role
- Creation, coordination and processing of quotations and orders in the SAP system
- Technical and commercial review of order details
- Interface between customers and internal specialist departments (Sales, Production, Product Management, etc.)
- Telephone and written customer support and advice, and response to enquiries
- Tracking delivery dates and independently initiating actions in case of deviations
- Creation, management and maintenance of customer data
- Maintenance of master data in SAP
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk, electronics technician or similar)
- Professional experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
- Very good German and English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills as well as pronounced customer orientation and organisational ability
- SAP knowledge is desirable
