About the role

  • Creation, coordination and processing of quotations and orders in the SAP system
  • Technical and commercial review of order details
  • Interface between customers and internal specialist departments (Sales, Production, Product Management, etc.)
  • Telephone and written customer support and advice, and response to enquiries
  • Tracking delivery dates and independently initiating actions in case of deviations
  • Creation, management and maintenance of customer data
  • Maintenance of master data in SAP

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk, electronics technician or similar)
  • Professional experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
  • Very good German and English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills as well as pronounced customer orientation and organisational ability
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
