About the role
- mTAMs (Mechanical Tooling Asset Management System) Excel template update and data coordination.
- Power query and MS BI dashboard development
- Component inspection data analysis
- Development of online manufacturing assembly systems
- Simulation of Robotics in manufacturing
- Development of AI based vision inspection equipment applied to manufacturing
- Review and storage of CAD tooling models for new molds
- CAD based CNC simulation machining
- CAD based mold flow simulation
- Project status verification and manufacturer process verification
- Tester Equipment Dismantling. Disassemble old test equipment for re-using, repurposing, or recycling.
- Soldering of through hole components for test fixture cards.
- Material Validations Instron testing of plastics and aluminum castings
- Electrical Live load testing of assemblies
- Lifetime 30,000 cycle testing
- Development of a NPI build request form for NPI builds in Reynosa Mexico, including the PT Lab
Requirements
- Co-op applicants must be undergraduate students working towards their Bachelors degree in Engineering with an expected graduation date in 2028 or later.
