About the role
- Responsible for establishing, leading, and optimizing the Program Management Office.
- Create and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Build and manage a high-performing program and project management team.
- Drive the adoption of methodologies such as the stage-gate process.
- Oversee the planning and execution of the entire R&D program portfolio.
- Develop integrated master schedules and resource forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Experience delivering complex hardware + software products.
- Strong understanding of RF, embedded systems, and cloud platforms.
- Expert in ADO, Jira, MS Project, MS PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
- Specialization in complex multi-million-dollar programs and with advanced technologies.
