About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Order Management: Order entry and processing.
Actioning production updates and order cleaning/preparation prior to launch.
Invoicing/Accounts receivable management and related admin.
Coordinating wholesale distribution operations including in-season stock requests and returns.
Liaising with and supporting warehouse team on dispatch of orders.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly & seasonal reports, including analysis of sales figures and best/worst sellers.
Assisting in reporting on key wholesale KPIs and sales results.
Working closely with key departments to ensure the needs of the wholesale accounts are met.
Building strong relationships with key accounts globally to maximise and deepen relationships and future partnership opportunities.
Supporting customer orders to ensure that they meet deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in similar role is a plus.
High level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
A true collaborator with the ability to work autonomously.
Motivated, self-disciplined and shows initiative.
Strong computer skills required (Excel).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multitask in a dynamic environment.
