About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Safely transporting agricultural materials, including fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia, to customer locations and cooperative sites
Operate within a regional area with routes primarily running through Iowa and Nebraska (home most days)
Overnight routes to Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio
Follows all driving and safety policies
Complies with FMCSA and DOT regulations of drivers
Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
Successful forklift certification required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 21 years or older
Possesses valid driver’s license including: Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
HAZ-MAT licensure (or ability to attain)
Tanker Endorsement Required
2+ years of commercial driving experience
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
3+ years of commercial driving experience (preferred)
Anhydrous experience (preferred)
Tanker Experience (preferred)
