Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED
1+ years of comparable Customer Service experience
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
4-year degree in Business, Communications, Ag or another related field (preferred)
3+ Years of Comparable Customer Service Experience (preferred)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) (preferred)
JD Edwards E1 and SAP ERP experience (preferred)
Salesforce experience (preferred)
Bilingual preferred – English, Spanish
