About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Business Advisors to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies
  • Collaborate with HR teams for team objectives
  • Advise and coach employees and managers on HR functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years+ as an HR Business Partner/Manager or 1+ years with masters
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience in lieu of a degree
  • General knowledge of Minnesota Labor Laws
  • Ability to build strong business partnerships
  • Strong communication skills in small and large groups
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
