About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Business Advisors to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies
- Collaborate with HR teams for team objectives
- Advise and coach employees and managers on HR functions
- Analyze employee data supporting talent management activities
- Provide training on policies and procedures
- Support complex HR transactions including job changes, promotions, and restructures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years+ as an HR Business Partner/Manager or 1+ years with masters
- 5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience in lieu of a degree
- General knowledge of Minnesota Labor Laws
- Ability to build strong business partnerships
- Strong communication skills in small and large groups
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
