About the role
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for top and local property agencies/agents in Bandung, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships
- You will Identify and research potential clients, prepare a good quality of sales proposal/presentations and pitch
- You will identify the client’s needs and exercise the right solution to help property clients to get more reach
- You will maintain deep knowledge of the traffic and marketing solution products, services, and market trends especially within property industry
- You will implement strategies to expand our market presence and maintain a high quality deliverables
- You will build connections with property offices or related clients on a daily basis
Requirements
- A Fresh graduate or someone with 1 year working experience, with a degree in business, engineering, or a related field are welcome to apply
- A good command of verbal/written English
- Have experience in direct selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way
- Have entrepreneurship experience and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines
- Excels in a fast-paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with monthly target
- You have a vehicle to your own use (motorcycle/car)

- **A Problem Solver : **you are able to identify gaps, proposing solutions, and following through to execution
- **A Commercial mind: **Someone who loves providing customer service whilst always on the lookout for the opportunity to up sell our product/service
