About the role
- Lead all aspects of Lambda’s global equity administration function, including stock incentive plans inside and outside the US
- Manage the daily administration of global stock incentive plans and serve as primary point person for stock-related tasks, projects, and employee queries
- Manage and review processing of stock option and RSU grants, cancellations, and exercises for employees and directors
- Maintain and ensure data integrity of the company’s equity data, including reconciliation of grants, exercises, new hires, terminations/cancellations, and audits
- Lead and ensure completeness and accuracy of internal controls and procedures for stock-based compensation in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- Ensure all equity compensation is administered in accordance with stock incentive plan terms and conditions
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end reconciliations of global equity data
- Generate reports to support SEC reporting and other management reporting
- Partner in the annual audit process and quarterly reviews of equity award disclosures and global audits
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international laws for income and tax withholdings for stock options, RSUs, and ESPP
- Liaise with transfer agent to maintain reporting, ensure timely settlement of trades, and assist in execution of trading instructions
- Manage relationships with outside service providers (equity systems vendor, transfer agent, broker services)
- Manage projects and external providers to support accurate data processing and automation of routine work streams
- Design and deliver educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for global employees on equity programs and policies
- Report to Associate General Counsel, Corporate and partner closely with Finance, Payroll, People, and Legal teams
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in stock administration, majority in a publicly traded company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar preferred
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Level 3 preferred
- Strong working knowledge and demonstrated experience with stock options and RSUs
- Experience leading global equity plan compliance, including global year-end filings, qualified plans, deferred awards, and mobile employee taxation
- Experience with implementing and managing 10b5-1 trading plans
- Experience in end-to-end internal audits, project management, controls evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus, organizational skills, work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of taking initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality in an open and transparent environment
- Demonstrated experience in responding and resolving employee inquiries on equity holdings quickly and accurately
- Able to build relationships and effectively partner with Finance, Payroll, People, and Legal teams
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Able and willing to work onsite at our San Francisco or San Jose office 4 days a week (required)
