Accountant

• Manage end-to-end revenue processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606
• Review complex sales arrangements and assist with multi-element allocations
• Support month-end close, perform account reconciliations and revenue/deferred revenue analysis
• Generate customer invoices and credit memos; investigate and resolve billing adjustments and inquiries
• Maintain customer records and manage sales orders in NetSuite
• Support M&A activities related to revenue, including integration efforts and documentation
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, including documentation, testing, and supporting year-end audits
