About the role
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
- Contribute to evaluating capital structure strategies, including debt financing, initial public offering, and banking facilities.
- Support the Treasurer in maintaining compliance with loan covenants, credit agreements, and internal policies.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on cash, investments, debt, interest rate exposure, and hedging activities. Coordinate day-to-day interactions with banking partners.
- Track performance of banking services, fees, and interest income optimization.
- Develop and maintain treasury models to support interest expense forecasting, liquidity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Analyze global market trends and credit conditions to inform strategic treasury decisions (including peer benchmarking).
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses for leadership.
- Help implement process improvements and policies for cash management, payments, and reporting.
- Leverage analytics tools (Excel, Python, BI tools) to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal teams to support capital markets transactions and corporate financing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, finance, or accounting (experience in a technology or high-growth environment preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; progress toward CTP or CFA designation is a plus
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Experience with treasury management systems, BI dashboards, and cash forecasting tools
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
