About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and help execute pricing strategy across North America, driving improvements in revenue, margin, and mix.
  • Own pricing analytics and contribute to pricing frameworks, including list-to-net structures, discounting, and contract pricing.
  • Provide recommendations for customer bids, renewals, innovation launches, and pricing actions.
  • Evaluate price-volume-mix trade-offs, including price elasticity analysis, to inform pricing strategy and revenue optimization decisions.
  • Analyze price realization, customer profitability, and key P&L drivers.
  • Support pricing decisions within contract-based and large chain customer environments.
  • Own win/loss (protect & pursue) tracking across North America & International business units.
  • Identify key drivers of commercial performance, including pricing, product, and competitive dynamics.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts and support development of customer and market segmentation frameworks to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Sales to improve forecast accuracy incorporating pricing, customer behavior, and market trends into volume projections.
  • Lead development of dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP, etc.) to provide visibility into RGM performance.
  • Standardize KPIs and reporting across North America and support global alignment.
  • Assist in consolidating and harmonizing RGM data across North America and International BUs.
  • Support and help evolve pricing governance processes to ensure consistency in pricing decisions.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, building RGM capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field required.
  • 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, or related analytical roles.
  • Prior experience managing or leading teams preferred.
  • Experience in Foodservice, B2B, or large customer/channel environments strongly preferred; Retail experience a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ThinkCell experience is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI (or similar BI tools) required.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
