About the role

Design and oversee sophisticated, multi-platform strategies that guide users from discovery on Pinterest to conversion on Meta
Directly manage and professionalize a team of Paid Social Specialists
Standardize the agency’s "trafficking" workflow to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency in campaign setup across all accounts
Audit account setups and reporting structures to ensure the highest level of execution across the department
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, translating technical metrics into business outcomes
Oversee the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

4–6 years in Paid Social (Agency experience is mandatory)
2+ years of direct people management experience , with a proven track record of developing junior talent
2-3 years of client facing reporting experience
Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
